We are a unique company that grows, picks and packs the fruit, ensuring that the quality of the fruit is the best.
We inspect the apple all the way from the field up until our customers receives the fruit to ensure our customers receive best quality fruit.
We have a cleaning team designated to making sure all hygiene procedures are followed, cleaning and disinfecting the area where the apple is being packed.
We also have a quality control team that ensures proper fruit standards are being met. This includes the pressures, color, taste and internal condition of the apple.
Proper storage plays a key role in ensuring quality apples. We designate those during harvest depending on the condition of the fruit. We store short-term, mid-term, and long-term. We monitor these rooms for CO2 levels, oxygen, and nitrogen levels as well.
Our production QC team ensures proper packaging standards are being met when fruit is run on the packing line.
Finally, before the fruit is shipped it is inspected once again by our shipping QC team.

Our Fruit
GOOD PEOPLE, GREAT FRUIT
Sense of place always creates a sense of pride. We grow, store, and pack organic and conventional apples, cherries, and pears at the same location—a practice unmatched in our industry which gives us greater control over the quality and safety of our fruit. Our combined 10,000 acres are located in the pristine growing region of South Eastern Washington state and account for approximately 5% of all U.S. apple production.
APPLES
We offer fifteen varieties of organic and conventional apples which include the most common such as Gala, Red Delicious, Granny Smith and the popular Honeycrisp. Our exclusive varieties, Opal and Sweetie are in high demand, known for their sweet, crunchy flavor, and in the case of Opal, its stand alone uniqueness as the only new variety that is yellow!
Pears
We pack and sell over a half a million boxes of pears each year which include seven different, flavorful varieties including the well-known Bartlett, Bosc, and Anjou pears.
Cherries
Certainly a gem of our fruit program, there’s nothing as sweet as the summer cherry season which consumers look forward to every year. We offer organic and conventional Dark Sweet and Rainier varieties.
